Peter Chen

Peter Chen is currently Chairman of Qisda and Chief Helmsman of the Group's transformation and innovation. Peter Chen joined BenQ Corp. (renamed Qisda Corp. in 2007 through a spin-off of the branded business) as a R&D engineer in 1991. Peter was often the pioneer and front-runner, taking the lead in developing new products and building new business. Recognized for his years of professional achievements in R&D and business management field, he is the best candidate to Qisda’s transformation. Under his leadership, Qisda is committed to the vision of making more than half of the revenue coming from High value-added business in 2022, He has set four winning strategies as: “Optimization on current business operations, Fast expansion in medical business, Acceleration on solution development, and Strategic investment in 5G Network business”. The Group also accumulates strength both through organic and in-organic growth. Peter believes in “share-to-win”, he invites and invests more than 70 companies to organize a business alliance called “Grand Fleet”. Qisda was resource integrate platform by Peter, and bring up the Qisda’s group that the revenue grows double and the gain increases five times. It shows the significant performance of value transformation. Peter holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan in 1985, and a Master of Global Management degree from America’s Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2001.
