Qisda Holds 3Q’25 Earnings Conference
l Qisda maintains growth momentum in high value-added Businesses in Q3
l Three Major AI Technologies to Be Showcased at Healthcare+ Expo Taiwan
Qisda (TWSE: 2352) announced its fiscal 2025 third-quarter financial results, reporting continued growth in its high value-added businesses and plans to showcase its AI capabilities at Healthcare+ Expo Taiwan this December. The BSG, Medical, and NCG businesses all achieving double-digit year-over-year growth. Among them, the Medical business will lead 20 group companies to participate in Healthcare+ Expo Taiwan on December 4, where it will showcase three major AI healthcare innovations, further expanding the group’s smart healthcare ecosystem.
Qisda held an online investor conference on November 12 to share its Q3 performance and Q4 outlook.
Qisda's Chairman, Peter Chen, stated that the company’s high value-added businesses continued to deliver steady performance in the third quarter, reflecting the results of its long-term strategic focus. Looking ahead, Qisda will continue to deepen its AI deployment, strengthen technology integration and innovation, and drive business transformation and long-term growth.
Qisda's President, Joe Huang, noted that to drive long-term growth, the group has increased AI investments across its BSG, Medical, and NCG businesses, deepening technology and product innovation to reinforce momentum in its high value-added operations. The Medical business will lead 20 group companies to participate in Healthcare+ Expo Taiwan, demonstrating AI-driven innovations and practical applications in clinical diagnostics and health management.
In terms of performance in each business group in Q3, the IT business recorded a 6% year-over-year decline in revenue, with both operating margin and operating income lower than the same period last year. The Medical business posted 15% YoY revenue growth, the BSG business grew 21% YoY, and the NCG business increased 18% YoY, with all three segments reporting modest increases in operating income compared with the prior year.
